Most orders are shipped by courier, often UPS, within 24-48 hours of receipt of orders, and will generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days. The only exception is the one noted on the order form. Couriers require a street address. If you are shipping to a P.O. box, then regular mail is used and arrival time can be considerably longer.
